The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program agreement announced today allows EPA and VA to connect qualified veteran employees with staffing needs at water and wastewater utilities.
