HORIZON INTERNATIONAL SOLUTIONS SITE

The city of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad, Peru State, has been appointed to host the International Summit II "Global Climate Change and Environment", by agreement of the Directors of the International IDEAS PERU who worried about the global problem of global warming and its impact on developing countries, have this international event in order to present alternatives to prevent the threat to planet Earth where we live and live our children and their generations.

This time we will have as special guests speakers from the countries making up the 8-G 8 and the programs developed by the United Nations in Latin America.

The objectives of this activity are focused on building awareness and inspire millions of people to act accordingly in this global problem, acquiring a more active role in this field of climate change mitigation, to ensure that world leaders take immediate action in this world problems and policies to prevent flooding of land to coastal cities and towns, more intense storms, the extinction of countless species of plants and animals, crop failures in vulnerable areas, increased drought.

It will be a moment to share successful initiatives and policies to prevent against possible climate changes that may impair the ailing economy of our communities.

The methodology consists of 02 Lectures, 06 Lectures Plenary presentation of Working Table: With the Creation and Establishment of the Global Network of local and regional authorities and Non Governmental Organizations on Climate Change, the active involvement of participants, in the end CDs shipped, international certification and development reprints of this activity.

Participants will include elected officials, diplomatic corps, government officials and non-governmental organizations, businessmen, representatives of indigenous and traditional cultures, advisors, technicians from public and private. 

Climate change has begun but not the only concern: also their associated effects. It is acknowledged that the sea temperature is also increased, increasing the possibility of destructive hurricanes, the glaciers are melting, that there is an increase in the mean sea level, which are interrupted by prolonged droughts and torrential rains and various phenomena increasingly extreme.

We need to recognize climate change The coming years will be crucial. An important part of that race against time is the agreement that they can reach the developed and developing countries. It is also very important to understand that that was not enough just that much more is needed.

La Ciudad de Trujillo, Departamento de la Libertad, del Estado de Perú, ha sido designado como sede de la II CUMBRE INTERNACIONAL “Cambio Climático Global y Medio Ambiente”, por acuerdo de los Directivos de Organismo Internacional IDEAS PERU, quienes preocupados por la problemática mundial del calentamiento global y sus repercusiones en los países en desarrollo, presentan este acontecimiento internacional con el propósito de presentar alternativas de prevención ante la amenaza al planeta tierra en la que vivimos y vivirán nuestros hijos y sus generaciones. En esta oportunidad tendremos como invitados especiales a conferencistas de los países que conforman el GRUPO 8 –G 8 y los programas que desarrolla las Naciones Unidas en América Latina.

Los objetivos de la presente actividad están centrados en crear una conciencia e inspirar a millones de personas a actuar consecuentemente en este problema mundial, adquiriendo un papel más activo en este campo de mitigación del cambio climático, conseguir que los líderes mundiales actúen de inmediato en esta problemática mundial y políticas de prevención ante inundaciones de terrenos costeros y ciudades, tormentas más intensas, las extinción de incontables especies de plantas y animales, fracasos en cultivos en áreas vulnerables, aumento de sequías. Sera un momento propicio para compartir iniciativas exitosas y políticas de prevención ante posibles alteraciones climáticas que perjudiquen la alicaída economía de nuestras comunidades.

La METODOLOGIA constará de 02 Conferencias Magistrales, 06 Conferencias Plenarias, presentación de Mesa de Trabajo: con la Creación y Fundación de la Red Mundial de Autoridades Regionales, Locales y No Gubernamentales para el Cambio Climático, la participación activa de los participantes, al final se entregará cds, certificación internacional y separatas del desarrollo de la presente actividad.

De los PARTICIPANTES: Podrán participar autoridades electas, cuerpo diplomático, funcionarios de organismos gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, empresarios, representantes de culturas indígenas y tradicionales, asesores, técnicos de organismos públicos y privados. 

El cambio climático ha comenzado pero no es lo único que preocupa: preocupan también sus efectos asociados. Ya se ha comprobado que la temperatura del mar está también aumentado, incrementando la posibilidad de huracanes destructivos, que los glaciares se están derritiendo, que hay aumento en el nivel medio del nivel del mar, que sequías prolongadas son interrumpidas por lluvias torrenciales y diversos fenómenos cada vez más extremos.

Debemos tomar conciencia sobre el cambio climático Los próximos años serán cruciales. Una parte importante de esa carrera contra el tiempo es el acuerdo al que puedan llegar los países desarrollados y los países en vías de desarrollo. También es muy importante comprender que con sólo eso no bastara por que se necesita mucho más.
